On December 7, 2019, the 10th Volunteer Ball was organized by the Volunteer Center at the Saint George Palace Restaurant.

The event has a dual purpose: to thank county NGOs and youth organizations for their annual work, to encourage them to continue, and to draw the attention of the local community to the importance of volunteering.

The event was attended by 130 youth, civic leaders and volunteers from Covasna County. The youth events held in 2019 were evaluated, and the 30 county youth and non-governmental organizations present were awarded, as well as the most active volunteers . The largest event of 2019 is the Salvatore Association’s annual “Being Good” good humanitarian program, in which the number of participants at the county level exceeds 17,500.
